Things to do in Houston by month, with puppies
Searching for unique event ideas in Houston usually turns up the same list: escape rooms, bowling, a brunch reservation. Puppy yoga is the one people remember. Guests walk in, a dozen fluffy 8 to 16 week old puppies tumble across the mats, and within two minutes everyone is laughing, holding a puppy and taking the best photo of their year.
Because every holiday and season brings its own crowd, we built this page as a seasonal events calendar for Houston. Each month links to a page with ideas, formats and pricing for that occasion, so you can go straight to the one you are planning. Rated 5.0 on Google and featured on CW39's Htown Live, we host for families, friend groups, corporate offices, country clubs, HOAs, schools and churches across Houston.
Every season is puppy season in Houston.

How seasonal booking works
Plan ahead: holiday dates book 4 to 8 weeks out
The most popular weekends go first every year: December party weekends, Valentine's week, Mother's Day weekend, graduation season and the last two weekends of October. For those dates, reach out 4 to 8 weeks ahead. Weekday office events and off-peak months like January, March and September have more flexibility, and we can sometimes turn an event around in a week or two. If your date is set, the simplest move is to send the form now and let us hold a time while you finalize the guest list.
We come to you, anywhere in Houston
Every seasonal event can be fully mobile. We bring the puppies, mats, music, backdrop and crew to homes, offices, clubhouses, churches and schools from Memorial and the Heights to River Oaks, Katy, Sugar Land, Cypress and The Woodlands. All we need is clear, climate-controlled floor space; in summer, every event stays indoors. We carry $1M general liability insurance and can send a certificate of insurance for your building or HOA.
Puppies come from vetted local breeders, are about 8 to 16 weeks old, healthy and current on age-appropriate vaccinations. Their breeder stays on site, and the puppies get built-in rest breaks. Read our puppy welfare standard for the details.

How much does a seasonal puppy yoga event cost?+
Public classes are $60 per person. A private class at our Memorial studio is $1,175 for up to 24 people, a private party at our Spring Branch partner venue is $1,350 for up to 20, and we come to you from $1,400 plus travel for up to 20. Can you come to our home, office or clubhouse?+

Is a summer puppy event too hot in Houston?+
Not when it is indoors. From June through August we run every event inside, air-conditioned, at our studio, our partner venue, or your home or office. That makes puppy yoga one of the easiest summer camp and summer birthday ideas in Houston.
Are the puppies safe and well cared for?+
Yes. Our puppies come from vetted local breeders, are about 8 to 16 weeks old, healthy and current on age-appropriate vaccinations. Their breeder is on site at every event and the puppies get built-in rest breaks. You can read our full puppy welfare standard on our site.
Can kids join a seasonal event?+
Families are welcome. At our public classes, kids 7 and up join with a participating adult. Private parties can be planned around your group, so spring break, birthday and holiday events for younger kids work beautifully.
Do you sell gift cards for the holidays?+
Yes. Pawty Yoga gift cards come in any amount, arrive by email, and are good for any public class or toward a private event. They are a favorite for Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and graduation gifts.
