Pawty Yoga is Houston's puppy yoga studio, and the same litter, handlers, and welfare rules that make our classes work make a lot of other hours work too: puppy cuddles with no exercise at all, yin and restorative yoga for people who want to lie down in a blanket, puppy pilates and stretch and barre for people who want to move, a puppy sound bath or breathwork session for people who want to switch off, puppy socials for a Saturday with friends, prenatal sessions, and decompression hours for teams. Public puppy yoga is $60 a person. Every other format is bookable privately from $1,175 for your whole group, and public dates roll out as the list asks for them.
The formats, in two groups
Our puppies, handlers, studio, and ticketing stay exactly the same. What changes is who is at the front of the room, if anyone. Green tags are on sale or bookable now. Coral tags are bookable privately today; public dates get announced to the email list first, and the interest form at the bottom decides which ones we schedule.

🛌 Puppy yin / restorative yoga private bookings
Four to six floor postures held for minutes at a time, wrapped in blankets, while the puppies climb on whoever is still. Nobody stands up, so it is the most continuous puppy contact of any format.
🤸 Puppy pilates, Core and Cuddles private bookings
A 45-minute mat pilates class with a certified instructor. Grounded on the mat the whole time, which means more puppy than yoga, then cuddle time.
🩰 Puppy stretch, mobility and barre private bookings
Low-impact stretching, mobility, and light barre with deep breathing and slow movement. Gentle on joints, easy for beginners, puppies roaming the whole way.
🔔 Puppy sound bath private bookings
Lie back under a blanket with an eye mask while a practitioner plays crystal bowls and chimes, and the litter settles on the room. Waking up to puppies is the point.
🌬️ Breath and Bark private bookings
Guided box breathing or gentle somatic breathwork and meditation with a facilitator, puppies loose in the room. Built for burnout and exam season. Pairs with a sound bath in the same hour.
🤰 Prenatal and new-mom sessions private bookings
Gentle floor work with a prenatal-certified instructor, plenty of props, no inversions, puppies at lap level. Clear it with your provider first, as with any class.
Why one studio, many formats
People find us by searching puppy yoga, then tell us what they actually want. Some want the workout. A lot want the puppies and would rather skip the poses. Some want to lie down in the dark with singing bowls and a sleeping puppy on their chest. Offices want a break that does not involve a slide deck. Rather than pretend everyone wants the same hour, we built the formats around the one thing that never changes: a calm, well-cared-for litter and handlers who know how to run a room.
Specialist formats use specialist people. Puppy pilates is led by a certified pilates instructor, yin and restorative sessions by a yoga instructor trained in them, sound baths by a practitioner with their own bowls, breathwork by a facilitator, prenatal sessions by a prenatal-certified instructor, and puppy yoga by the instructors Houston already knows us for. Pawty Yoga runs the puppies, the handlers, the space, the insurance, and the cleanup every time. That is the whole idea: the part that is hard to do well never changes, and the part that is easy to swap is the only thing that does.
Pricing for private puppy experiences
Every private format uses the same ladder, cheapest and easiest first. One flat written number, confirmed before any deposit, covering puppies, handlers, mats or blankets, setup, cleanup, insurance, and candid photos. Formats that need a specialist may add a small instructor or practitioner fee, quoted up front.
- Studio, $1,175 flat. Your group takes an entire scheduled slot at our Memorial-area studio, up to 24 people, everything included.
- A private venue we arrange, from $1,350 for up to 20. For a fixed date that does not line up with a studio day. $45 per person beyond 20.

Do you offer puppy pilates in Houston?+
Yes, for private bookings. A puppy pilates session is a 45-minute mat pilates class led by a certified instructor with puppies wandering the mats, followed by open cuddle time, the same structure as our puppy yoga but built around core work and control instead of flow. Public puppy pilates dates will be announced to our email list; tell us on the form if you want one.
What is a puppy sound bath?+
You lie back on a mat under a blanket while a practitioner plays crystal or metal singing bowls, and a litter of puppies wanders the room and settles on people. It is the lowest-effort experience we run and the one people describe as the most relaxing. About 45 minutes of sound plus open puppy time, available for private groups now.
Which puppy experiences can I book today?+
Puppy yoga classes are on sale for the next studio weekend at $60 a person, and any format on this page can be booked privately: puppy yoga, puppy cuddles, puppy pilates, puppy sound bath or meditation, a puppy social or happy hour, or a puppy therapy break for your team. Private bookings start at $1,175 for your whole group at our studio.
Are the puppies the same at every format?+
Yes. Every experience uses vetted 8 to 16 week old puppies from ethical Houston-area breeders, with the breeder on site, trained handlers running a rest rotation, and our published puppy welfare standard in force. The format changes what the humans do; the puppies' day looks the same.
Can we do a puppy happy hour or puppy social?+
Yes, as a private booking at our studio, at a private venue we arrange, or at your venue. Puppies for 60 to 90 minutes, no exercise, drinks and food handled by you or the venue, and puppies kept clear of the bar area. Public puppy socials are on our list of formats to add; the interest form on this page is how we decide when.
How much do these cost?+
Private bookings follow our standard ladder: $1,175 flat for your group at our studio on a scheduled date, from $1,350 for up to 20 at a private venue we arrange, from $1,400 plus travel for up to 20 at your own indoor space (from $1,500 May through September). Formats that need a specialist, like a certified pilates instructor or a sound practitioner, may add a small instructor fee, quoted up front in writing.
What is puppy yin or restorative yoga?+
The lowest-effort yoga there is: four to six floor postures held for three to five minutes each, wrapped in blankets and propped on cushions, while the puppies climb on whoever is still. Because nobody stands up, it is the most continuous puppy contact of any format we run. Available for private bookings; public dates announced to the list.
Do you do puppy breathwork or a puppy meditation?+
Yes, privately. A guided session of box breathing or gentle somatic breathwork with a facilitator, or a seated guided meditation, with the litter loose in the room. We call it Breath and Bark. It pairs well with a sound bath in the same hour.
Is there a prenatal or new-mom puppy session?+
Yes, as a private booking led by a prenatal-certified instructor: gentle floor work, plenty of props, no inversions, and puppies at lap level. Bring the group chat. Please clear it with your provider first, as you would any class.
What ages?+
Public puppy yoga is ages 7 and up with a participating adult. Private experiences are all ages, and we will recommend the format that suits the youngest and oldest guests in the room.
