Puppy Yoga in Houston — Saturday, June 27, 2026
Four 75-minute time slots (9 AM, 11 AM, 1 PM, 3 PM) at Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Memorial. Vetted ethical-breeder puppies. Capped at 20 mats per slot — once a slot is full, it's full. $60/person.
What you're booking
A 75-minute beginner-friendly puppy yoga class on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Houston's Memorial Area. The studio room has a sprung dance floor — easier on knees than the typical hardwood yoga venue. 6–10 vetted puppies from our ethical breeder partners are loose in the room throughout the session. Phones and cameras are welcome the whole class — capture the lap-puppies and laughter on your own.
Class size is capped at 20 mats. We've held that line on purpose — most chains run 25–30, which means less puppy time per person and a noisier room. Four time slots throughout Saturday means you can pick the one that fits your day.

What to bring (and what we provide)
You bring: comfortable yoga or athleisure clothes, a water bottle, and your phone if you want extra photos. That's it.
We provide: mats (yours unless you want to bring your own), towels, instruction, the puppies, and the cleanup. You don't bring anything you'd be heartbroken to find a small claw mark on.
If you want the deep-dive, we wrote a whole guide on what to wear to puppy yoga. Short version: skip new white pants, skip strong perfumes, bring socks you don't mind getting drooled on.
June 27 specifics
What time slots are available June 27?
Four 75-minute slots: 9 AM, 11 AM, 1 PM, and 3 PM. Morning slots tend to fill first because Houston traffic is lightest then and the studio feels freshest.
How early should I book?
Today, ideally. Each time slot caps at 20 mats, and we've sold out launch-weekend slots in past venues. Once a slot is full it's gone — we do not over-book.
Will the studio be cool? It's late June in Houston.
Yes — Fred Astaire Studios runs cool A/C the whole session. Houston outdoor heat doesn't reach the practice. We also keep water on hand and pace the class so you're never overheated.
Can I bring my own dog?
Not to the public sessions — the puppies on-site are screened and managed for the class environment. If you want a private session with your own dog, that's what our private bookings are for. Email [email protected].
What's the cancellation / reschedule policy?
Free reschedule to a future Pawty Yoga date up to 7 days before your session. Inside 7 days, we work with you on a case-by-case basis — text or call (281) 408-4647.
Is there food after?
Not at the studio, but Common Bond, Snooze A.M. Eatery, and Fluff Bake Bar are all within 5 minutes — most Saturday guests grab brunch right after.
